Youth &Children’s ministry in TOGO

Specific children’s ministry information has not been provided for Togo. The following information regards general children’s ministry in West Africa, and may not all be applicable to this nation.
Overview: • Children’s ministry has been growing in some
regions of West Africa, with many pastors coming to understand the importance of ministry to children as part of a church’s role. These churches are giving some space, resources and priority to work with children. In outlying areas and villages, a strategic focus on children is less common.
• Some nations in the region have strong Muslim or indigenous religious influences which present significant challenge to reaching and discipling children.
• Lack of finances, resources, and training continue to slow the growth of children’s ministry in this area.
• A substantial number of outside teams do ministry to children.

WELCOME TO J-LIFE TOGO

A new generation is rising in Togo to transform the country for the glory of God.
It is the initiative of J-life Togo.
J-life Togo is the branch of J-life Africa, a disciplemaking youth movement across Africa (www.jlifeafrica.org)

The future of the nation is in the hand of the youth because more than 70% of the population is former of youth.
Imagine if these young people can be win for Jesus, disciple to live and lead like Jesus. In 10 years coming the big challenges that we are facing will be solved.
As we know the problems of Togo is just the problems of the many African countries like: corruption, lake of skilled leadership, poverty, aids, lake of initiatives, lake of Hope...
We believe that today the Gospel of Jesus can change the situation and transform people to love God and love each other. Young people will be then impacted to influence their families, communities, nation.
J-life Togo has taken the challenge to mobilize a disciplemaking youth movement in Togo throughout the Church of Jesus Christ by recruiting top leaders, equipping them to go to equip others in their churches.
This website will let you discover our various activities
God bless you
